ARNES builds, maintains and manages infrastructure linking universities, institutes, research laboratories, museums, schools, databases and digital libraries. It offers over 10,000 publicly available videos, online classrooms, and other services. After years of multimedia platform availability, it was time to give it a fresh look and improve its functionalities.
The challenge
The multimedia platform needed an upgrade to remain relevant and add much-needed functionalities.

The solution: Three multimedia platforms built on the latest technology
The project scope was:
- Upgrade and improvement of the platform for high-quality videoconference (PEX)
- Upgrade and improvement of the platform for the online conference (VOX)
- Arnes Video
We made sure that the user experience is at the center of platform development. That’s why we introduced simplified site navigation. We also improved the overall security of the portals and sped up their load time.
In compliance with the standard WCAG 2.1 AA, we addressed the needs of users with different disabilities and made sure the solutions are also easily accessible to them.
The result
Our expertise and solid partnership with the client resulted in three secure, modern, sustainable, responsive, and user-friendly digital solutions.
