Project Manager - Funding Programs (m/f)

Your main responsibility will be project management, from preparing applications for various funding opportunities (EU, ARIS, Spirit, etc.) to coordinating activities and achieving key performance indicators, right through to project completion.

The Project Manager will play a crucial role in securing funding, coordinating between partners, and ensuring successful project implementation in line with set goals, milestones, and timelines.

Areas of work

• preparation, application, and management of projects in EU and other national or international funding programs
• collaboration with various departments and partners to ensure successful project implementation
• preparation of project documentation, including budget planning and cost monitoring
• administration and financial management of projects, focusing on reporting and managing project activities
• identifying and monitoring new funding opportunities aligned with the company’s strategic goals
• regular progress reporting on projects and proposing improvements for better results

Are you the right person for us?

• at least 3 years of proven experience in project management and working on EU or other funding programs (reference projects)
• good understanding of mechanisms associated with funding and project management
• organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively coordinate partners and project activities
• excellent knowledge of English
• analytical thinking and ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations
• desire for learning, growth, and skill development
• reliability, perseverance, and accountability for results
• a completed higher education degree (preferably in economics, administrative studies, social sciences, or other related fields)
