The Society of Mathematicians, Physicists and Astronomers of Slovenia (DMFA) is the central professional organization fostering the development, popularization, and education in natural sciences and mathematics in Slovenia. Among its most prominent educational initiatives is the Mathematical Research Meeting (MaRS)—a multi-day summer camp for selected high school students.
At MaRS, students work under experienced mentors on research projects in advanced mathematics (such as complex dynamics, coding theory, probability, and algebraic structures). They publish their findings in technical articles and presentations, alongside attending lectures by established experts from academia and industry.
We are proud to support DMFA and the MaRS camp, believing that analytical thinking and mathematical breadth form the foundation for every successful tech and engineering career. By enabling these gatherings, we open doors for young people into the world of science and innovation.
